Appointments & Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated if available.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept [list payment methods: cash, credit, debit, gift cards, etc.].
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
Health & Safety
Your health and comfort are our top priority. Please inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to your treatment.
If you are feeling unwell (fever, flu, contagious illness), please reschedule your appointment.
We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for your safety.
Refunds & Returns
Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened products are non-refundable.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive a few minutes early to relax and prepare for your service.
We kindly ask that you silence cell phones to maintain a peaceful environment.
Children are welcome only if receiving services or accompanied by an adult in the waiting area.
