Functional Wellness for the whole Woman

Hi, I’m Kaitlin!

I’m a dietitian-in-training, certified health coach, registered yoga teacher — and soon-to-be doula — passionate about helping women and families thrive through all stages of life.

Currently, my services are tailored to women who want to improve their hormone health, boost fertility, or simply feel their best at any stage of the feminine journey — from first periods to postpartum, through perimenopause and beyond.

This focus is deeply personal to me. After struggling with my own hormone imbalances for years — and feeling dismissed and misdiagnosed by doctors — I experienced firsthand how confusing and isolating it can feel. That experience fueled my passion to help women feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their own health journeys.

I’m currently completing my Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Eastern Michigan University, where I’m gaining hands-on experience in both clinical and community settings. Along the way, I’ve developed programs that empower women to build sustainable habits, improve their relationship with food, and feel confident in their health and well-being.

Through my counseling, yoga, and (soon!) doula services, I aim to support you as a whole person — mind, body, and spirit — helping you make meaningful, realistic changes that align with your goals and lifestyle.

I’m so honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim your health and embrace your unique journey.
