Each week, we’ll meet virtually as a group for 60–75 minutes to dive into a new topic and set personal goals. You’ll learn practical, realistic strategies you can use right away — no gimmicks or strict rules.

You’ll join a private, encouraging group of women who understand what you’re going through. Together, we’ll cheer each other on, share ideas, and keep each other accountable.

Identify what holds you back and create a plan to navigate real-life challenges.

Week 6: 🌞 Reflection & Next Steps

Celebrate your progress and create a roadmap to keep your healthy habits going strong.

💵 Investment: $99 $79 for all 6 weeks (can be split into two payments)
