What is Reflexology

Many people use reflexology as a restorative wellness practice to reconnect the body and mind while creating a sense of calm, grounding, and inner balance.
Reset Reflexology Session

Restore Reflexology Session
60 minutes
This session is designed to promote circulation, reduce tension, support energy flow, and encourage total-body balance. Perfect for clients seeking a more immersive restorative wellness experience.
Renewal Reflexology Session
90 minutes
This extended session is designed for women seeking deep restoration, stress release, and a stronger connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Hi, I’m Kristin.
I am passionate about helping women achieve balance, wellness, and confidence through a holistic approach to health and self-care. I have my Master’s degree in nursing with a minor in Kinesiology. With a strong background in women’s wellness, advanced nursing education, and overall health promotion, I combine clinical knowledge with compassionate care to support each client’s individual wellness journey. I believe in treating the whole person , body, mind, and spirit, while creating a supportive and calming environment focused on healing, restoration, and empowerment. In addition to my wellness background, I also have experience in fitness and women’s health education, which has shaped my understanding of the importance of movement, recovery, mindfulness, and whole-body wellness. While my current focus is reflexology services, my philosophy of care remains rooted in helping women feel supported, empowered, and connected to their overall well-being through intentional wellness practices and compassionate care.

Appointments & Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated if available.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit, debit, and apple pay.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
Health & Safety
Your health and comfort are our top priority. Please inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to your treatment.
If you are feeling unwell (fever, flu, contagious illness), please reschedule your appointment.
We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for your safety.
Refunds & Returns
Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened products are non-refundable.
