What is the Mineral Mud Back Treatment?

The mineral mud back treatment involves applying nutrient-rich, mineral-infused mud to the back and directing steam onto it wrapping it to allow the minerals to penetrate the skin. This service aims to exfoliate the skin, draw out impurities, increase circulation, and soothe tired muscles, often leading to pain relief and a feeling of deep relaxation.

  • The service begins with a warm steam towel to the back and a relaxing Swedish back and neck massage.

  • Immediately after, the nutrient rich mineral mud is applied to the back while warm steam is directed to the area.

  • While the mud masque and steam works on the skin, you will enjoy a scalp massage.

  • Once the masque has done it’s job, it is removed with warm steam towels and a moisturizer is massaged into the skin.

Throughout the service, carefully curated music and aromas are used to create the perfect relaxation experience.

Appointments & Scheduling

  • All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated if available.

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

  • A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit, debit, and apple pay.

  • Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We understand life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.

Health & Safety

  • Your health and comfort are our top priority. Please inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to your treatment.

  • If you are feeling unwell (fever, flu, contagious illness), please reschedule your appointment.

  • We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for your safety.

Refunds & Returns

  • Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

  • Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened products are non-refundable.
