Brazilian - First Time
For clients that have never had a Brazilian wax before.
A Brazilian wax includes; inner thighs, groin, entire pubic mound region, bottom cuff, intergluteal cleft and low stomach area. Some hair can be left on the pubic region if desired.
This service is completed using a combination of hard and soft wax.
Brazilian - Maintenance
For clients that already receive consistent Brazilians and are in need of a maintenance wax.

Bikini
A bikini wax includes the inner thighs, groin, top of pubic area, and stomach hairline. Basically anything that would show outside of a bikini bottom.
This service is typically completed using soft wax, but hard wax may be used if necessary.
EYEBrow Map & wAX
Eyebrow mapping is the a technique used to create symmetrical and well-defined eyebrows by identifying key points on the face and using them as guides for shaping.
This is ideal for those who have never had their eyebrows waxed before (or it's been a while) and would like to have their eyebrows shaped to match their face and eyes.
This service is typically completed using soft wax, but hard wax may be used if necessary.
EyeBrow Maintenance
For clients with an already established brow shape that need a maintenance wax.
This service is typically completed using soft wax, but hard wax may be used if necessary.
Underarms
Complete removal of underarm hair.
This service is typically completed using soft wax, but hard wax may be used if necessary.

Appointments & Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated if available.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit, debit, and apple pay.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
Health & Safety
Your health and comfort are our top priority. Please inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to your treatment.
If you are feeling unwell (fever, flu, contagious illness), please reschedule your appointment.
We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for your safety.
Refunds & Returns
Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened products are non-refundable.
